Stress can be defined as a situation, under which people tend to behave in a manner which is completely opposite of their nature which in turn make things even worse for the person who is in stress. Here is the list of ways in which one can reduce stress –
1. Spend more time with friends – It is perhaps the best way to reduce stress because in this age of internet people tend to meet friends online, however the real fun is when you meet your friends in personal and revive the fun again.
2. Sleep – Most people suffer from it due to lack of sleep, therefore a sound sleep of 6-8 hours can be a good way to reduce stress.
3. Exercise – One should do exercise as well as mediation in order to be free from it.
4. Holidaying – If possible one should take a leave for few days from his or her job and go for holidays with family members in order to rejuvenate again.
5. Hobbies – When one is doing job he or she forgets about his or her hobbies, so if you are in stress then it is better to go for your hobbies, it can be anything like playing computer games, gardening, shopping etc…
