List of Current Liabilities

Current liabilities are those which the company has to pay within a period of 12 months and therefore company needs to have sufficient cash balance in order to repay such liabilities, given below is the list of current liabilities -

  1. Sundry Creditors
  2. Bills Payable or Account Payable
  3. Outstanding or Accrued Expenses like salary outstanding
  4. Unearned Revenue
  5. Short Term Loans
  6. Bank Overdraft
  7. Bank loan, which is due within a year
  8. Proposed Dividend
  9. Tax payment

Apart from above there are other items which can be included in the above list depending on the company policy and requirement at the time of preparing balance sheet.
